Responsible for grounds clean up, maintenance including activities such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, weeding, raking and disposing of leaves and refuse. Will determine and plant appropriate plants or shrubs for walkways, garden areas, or planters. Will perform simple sprinkler maintenance and will be proactive with preventative measures. Will maintain parking areas,
