The purpose of the Workforce Services Division is to develop and maintain a high quality workforce system for the state of Montana that supports and enhances the economic health of the business community as well as to provide a prepared workforce. The vision of the Billings Job Service Workforce Center is to help businesses find and retain workers and help workers find and retain jobs.
