Tim Pfrang is the State Awards Committee Chairman for the Wisconsin Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve. Pfrang, a retired member of the U.S. Army Reserve/U.S. Army National Guard, attended the U.S. Army Infantry Center and School where he obtained the Officer Basic Qualification in Mechanized Infantry. He also holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh.

ESGR, a Department of Defense office, is comprised of dedicated and trained volunteers and staff. We will develop and promote employer support for Guard and Reserve service by advocating relevant initiatives, recognizing outstanding support, increasing awareness of applicable laws, and resolving conflict between employers and Service members.
